Greta is a Clinical Psychologist who enjoys working with adults with complex mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and emotional regulation problems.

By drawing on Person-Centred Therapy combined with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and CBT based therapies, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Greta specifically tailors treatment to each individual client’s needs and goals. Using this approach, she creates a warm and empathic environment to provide a safe space for her clients to explore, understand and overcome their challenges and work toward reaching their full potential.
Greta has worked in the areas of adult mental health, child assessment and treatment, and private practice including rural outreach. She is experienced in helping clients with:

Greta is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists (FCCLP). She is clinically endorsed and recognised as a clinical provider of psychological services under Medicare.
Greta has completed a Masters in Clinical Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Social Science (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours (Psychology). Her Honours thesis explored The Role of Achievement Goals, Self-Efficacy and Competence Satisfaction in the Relationship Between Self-Handicapping and Mental Health Symptoms, while the subject of her Masters’ thesis was the Factors Contributing to Acculturative Stress in Refugee and Migrant Adolescents.
