Sandra is a gentle respectful practitioner, who values a strong therapeutic relationship to create a safe and trusting space for clients to share and work through their experiences. Sandra’s aim is to equip clients with tools and skills to empower them to become their own practitioner in order to create positive change in their lives.

Sandra is a registered psychologist, who has experience in working with adolescents, adults and older adults. Her areas of interest include depression, anxiety, adjustment, grief and loss, relationship issues, stress management, low self-esteem, and chronic pain management.
Sandra completed a Master of Professional Psychology at the Australian Catholic University, a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science at Bond University, and a Bachelor of Psychology at Monash University. Sandra is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Sandra has worked in hospital settings, aged care facilities and a community-based clinic. She uses evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Interpersonal Therapy.
